Course

Turriff Golf Club, set on the banks of the River Deveron in Aberdeenshire, has a proud history dating back to 1896, when a group of local enthusiasts established the original course on land just west of the town.

Like many traditional Scottish clubs, it began as a 9-hole layout, serving the local community and growing steadily in popularity over the decades. It wasn’t until 1976 that the course was expanded to a full 18 holes, shaping it into the parkland course enjoyed today.

Now playing to a par 70 and just over 6,100 yards, the course is known for its tree-lined fairways, well-placed bunkers, and natural water features, all of which demand careful course management while still rewarding confident shot-making.

Over more than a century, Turriff has built a reputation as one of the hidden gems of northeast Scotland golf, combining scenic views of the Deveron Valley with a welcoming club atmosphere.
